This business centre is located in a modern building, with large and bright corridors and attractive shared areas. All the offices have plenty of light coming in and most of them have there own entrance to the parking or the green open spaces. In the building there is EDP- teaching rooms, smaller meeting rooms, and a large conference room with access to all AV- equipment etc. There are also lounge areas with magazines, coffee and tea and where it is possible to order catering. The business centre has its own secretariat, that takes care of phone- and mail service, as well as greeting the guests and here it is possible to use printer/fax and copy machine. The business centre is making a lot effort to help the tenants to create good networks, as well as arranging business development activities.

The business centre is located centrally in the area of Trekant in a smaller city with great business life. It is easy access to the highway and only 80km to the Danish/German border. The public transport is mainly regional busses. There are plenty of parking spaces that belong to the building.
