A modern and relaxed business center located on the top floor of a historic building on Kungsgatan in central Umeå. The business center has been specifically developed with the needs of smaller firms and freelancers in mind with spacious and tastefully decorated offices with light walls, wooden floors, high ceilings and an open fire giving a classic Nordic feel. There are a total of 25 workstations at the business center located in four different sized rooms. Included in the rent is access to a conference room and lounge area, wifi with broadband connection, kitchen cleaning, colour printer, fax, and photocopier. Further, it is possible to receive assistance with administrative services and accounting. Access to the office is available around the clock, with the possibility of hosting seminars and client events at the weekends. Further, there is even access to conference rooms at the sister business center located in central Stockholm.
